We want to make things right.

All Maintenance Requests must be submitted in writing thru our website. All Maintenance Requests will be reviewed and the appropriate vendor will then contact you to schedule any appropriate repairs.

Please  give us complete details of the problems you are having in order for us to send the right maintenance vendor the first time.

Be sure to give us your name, complete address and day phone number so that  the maintenance vendor  can  call you direct  to schedule a convenient time.

    dangerous or hazardous situation

An emergency is NOT an annoying sound, dripping faucets , a lost house key etc.

Maintenance Request

Reminder: Residents are fully responsible for simple repairs such as replacing A/C filters, toilet flappers, valves, faucet washers, burned out light bulbs, and smoke detector batteries. Please plunge all clogged toilets and drains before calling LeaseUP.

Tenant is responsible to pay LeaseUP upon demand for unnecessary workman service calls, for service calls caused by Tenant's negligence, and for extra service calls as a result of failure to keep appointments with repairmen.

If you are not home at the time of the scheduled repair you will be responsible for the service call charge.

All non-emergency repair requests must be in submitted online.
