Achieving Our Goal:

*Rent Collection.Tenants have the ability to pay their rent online, so there’s no excuses for being late. We can then send your funds to you via direct transfer to your bank account. And while some management companies only do this once a month, we’ll do transfers consistently throughout the month. This decreases the amount of time it takes for you to get your cash.

*Leasing. We will make your property look its best with photography, a walk-through video tour, and any highlighted features, and then we’ll give it maximum exposure. We do a thorough qualification on prospective tenants with credit checks, employment verification, and prior landlord references. Finally, our leases are written in your interest, leaving no detail missed and we even have our own list of property rules/regulations to make sure your property is well cared for throughout the lease.

*Maintenance.With a hands on property management team routine maintenance needs are swiftly and competently taken care of. Our property managers are always looking out for your bottom line .For jobs which require a licensed trade (plumber, electrician, HVAC, etc.) we have discounted rates negotiated with some of   Jacksonville’s best contractors; not every Jacksonville management company can say the same. You are billed for our actual expense, there is no markup from us – we’ll upload the vendor’s invoice to your online portal so that you can review it.

*Diligent Accounting. We keep an accurate accounting of all cash flow.
